As you know, Election Day was this past Tuesday, and I'm truly honored to continue serving you in Congress. With your support, I will keep fighting for our Wisconsin values and working to bring common-sense solutions to Washington, D.C. Together, we can keep making a real difference!

In the upcoming Congress, I look forward to working alongside President-Elect Donald Trump, as well as my colleagues in the House and Senate, to advance the interests of the American people and put our country back on the right track.

Here are some of my top priorities for the 119th Congress:

• Cut Spending and Reduce the National Debt
  • Reducing government spending is crucial to alleviate the growing $35.9 trillion debt burden on taxpayers. By addressing the national debt, we can help secure economic stability and prosperity for future generations.
• Solve the Border Crisis
  • Strengthening border security is crucial for protecting our communities from illegal entry, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and potential security threats.
  • Since 2021, the Biden-Harris administration has released over 425,431 convicted criminals and 222,141 individuals with pending criminal charges into our communities.
• Military and Veteran Benefits 
  • Veterans have made tremendous sacrifices for our nation, and they deserve timely, effective healthcare, educational support, and job training. I am committed to ensuring that both our active duty servicemembers and veterans receive the respect and care they have earned.
• Promote Success for Small Businesses 
  • Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy, employing nearly half of all private sector workers and leading the way in job creation. By reducing unnecessary regulations, we can support their growth and create more job opportunities for working families.
• Eliminate Job Killing Regulations
  • Over-regulation stifles business growth and job creation, resulting in fewer opportunities and stagnant wages. Since taking office, President Biden’s new regulations have cost the federal taxpayer $1.8 trillion and counting. Eliminating these burdensome regulations will foster a more competitive job market and help our economy thrive.
• Eliminate Marriage Penalties 
  • Unfortunately, tax policies that penalize married couples and incentivize single-parent households undermine family stability. We must work to create a fairer tax code that supports and strengthens traditional family structures.
