How Can My Office Help You?

I want to serve my constituents in any way I can. My office provides a number of services ranging from helping residents of the Sixth District with federal agencies, providing tours of the U.S. Capitol building and nominating students to the service academies.

To help you learn more about what my office can do for you, I've highlighted some of the services provided by my office below.

Medicare Summary Notices

If you receive Medicare-covered services, you can now get Medicare Summary Notices (MSN) in the mail every three months.

The MSN is not a bill. It’s simply a summary listing the services that have been billed to your Medicare during the previous three-month period, and breaks down what Medicare paid for and what you may still owe to the provider.

If you want to make things even easier, Medicare allows you to sign up to receive a monthly electronic version of the MSN.

Alternative MSN options are available in audio, braille or large print. Please call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) for more information.

Military Records

Are you having trouble locating important military records? As your representative in Congress, I am able to assist you in submitting a formal request for your military records. Military personnel records can include DD 214s/Separation Documents, service personnel records found within the Official Military Personnel File and medical records. Military personnel records can be used for proving military service, or as a valuable tool in genealogical research.
