House Passes Working Families Flexibility Act
Last night, the House voted to pass the Working Families Flexibility Act - a bill I co-sponsored that gives hourly employees the option of choosing either overtime pay or additional paid time off for any overtime hours worked.

For many years, Washington has passed one-size-fits-all solutions that don't work. This bill provides flexibility and freedom for our working mothers and fathers, and I was proud to support it on the House floor yesterday afternoon.
