Grothman Concerned With FCC Decision On Net Neutrality
Washington,
February 26, 2015
U.S. Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-Wisconsin) expressed concern with the decision made by the FCC today to regulate the internet like a public utility.
“The FCC’s decision to allow Washington bureaucrats to take over the internet is disturbing. President Obama has again unilaterally politicized an important issue instead of working with Congress,” said Congressman Glenn Grothman. “The fact that FCC Chairman Wheeler is ignoring cautionary steps from Congress should worry every American consumer. I believe in a free and open internet, one that benefits all internet users, and protects Americans ability to remain innovative while limiting government intervention.” U.S. Rep. Glenn Grothman is serving his first term representing Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
