Project: Village of Adell Fire Department Engine Tender

Amount Requested: $535,000
Justification: Would provide for the purchase of a new engine tender for the Department to support emergency response operations, improving water supply capacity for fire suppression, and enhancing response capabilities in areas without hydrant infrastructure.

Project: Village of Arlington Sewer Treatment Plant
Recipient: Village of Arlington Sewer Department
Amount Requested: $3,452,250
Justification: Would provide for the upgrade and modernization of the Village of Arlington’s wastewater treatment facility, including replacement of aging treatment infrastructure, installation of updated treatment equipment, and construction of supporting wastewater system improvements necessary to maintain reliable sewer service.

Project: City of Beaver Dam Fire Department Facilities
Recipient: City of Beaver Dam
Amount Requested: $7,500,000
Justification: Would provide for the design and construction of a new fire department headquarters station and a satellite fire station in Beaver Dam, including sitework, installation of communications and technology systems, and the acquisition of equipment necessary to support fire and emergency medical services operations.

Would provide for the replacement of the Hika Bay Boat Launch and installation of a permanent pier system, including site preparation and necessary infrastructure to support safe and reliable access to Lake Michigan, improving public safety, enhancing recreational use, and supporting local tourism and economic activity.

Justification: Would provide for upgrades to the Village's municipal water utility system, including installation of water treatment equipment and associated infrastructure improvements necessary to support safe and reliable drinking water service.

Project: Concordia University Wisconsin Engineering Lab
Recipient: Concordia University Wisconsin
Amount Requested: $1,000,000
Justification: Would provide for the acquisition of specialized engineering laboratory equipment at Concordia University Wisconsin to support hands-on instruction, research, and technical training programs.

Project: Town of Dekorra Wastewater Treatment Facility Connection
Recipient: Dekorra Utility District
Amount Requested: $3,375,000
Justification: Would provide for the construction of a force main connecting the Town of Dekorra’s existing wastewater treatment facility to the Village of Poynette’s municipal wastewater system, including installation of the pipeline and associated infrastructure necessary to convey wastewater between the two communities.

Project: Town of Lodi Harmony Grove Satellite Fire Station

Amount Requested: $900,000
Justification: Would provide for the acquisition of land, site preparation, and construction of a satellite fire station in the Harmony Grove area, including installation of necessary infrastructure and facilities to support fire protection and emergency response operations.

Amount Requested: $7,000,000
Justification: Would provide for the acquisition of land, site preparation, and construction of a new public safety building to house fire and emergency medical services operations, including installation of necessary infrastructure, apparatus bays, and facilities to support emergency response services.

Amount Requested: $937,500
Justification: Would provide for upgrades to the City of Lodi’s municipal water system, including improvements to well infrastructure, modernization of well equipment, and upgrades to the City’s water storage reservoir and related system components.

Would provide for the construction of the Marquette County Ag and Community Center and AgVANTAGE Facility, including site preparation, building development, and installation of necessary infrastructure to support agricultural, livestock, and community programming, strengthening local agriculture and providing a central space for community services, education, and public use.

Amount Requested: $573,750
Justification: Would provide for the construction of ADA-compliant pathways and parking improvements, upgrades to park restroom and shelter facilities, installation of security lighting and cameras, and the addition of accessible playground equipment, seating, and related infrastructure at Stan-O-Gene Park.

Project: Sheboygan County Educational Marsh Boardwalk

Justification: 
Would provide for the construction of the Sheboygan County Educational Marsh Boardwalk, including approximately one mile of ADA-compliant wetland boardwalk and a connecting bridge extending from existing park facilities into a previously inaccessible portion of Sheboygan Marsh, along with site preparation, materials, installation, and associated project development costs.

Two Rivers Harbor Dredging
Recipient: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Amount Requested: $1,300,000
Justification: Would provide for the maintenance dredging of the federally authorized Two Rivers Harbor channel and inner basin, including removal and placement of accumulated sediment, to restore authorized navigation depths and maintain safe access for recreational and charter vessels.
