Grothman Announces Committee Assignment

Congressman Glenn Grothman (R-Glenbeulah) today announced that he will once again sit on the Education and Labor Committee in the 116th Congress. “I am excited to retain my seat on the Education and Labor Committee. Last Congress, under Republican control, we made great progress. I am most proud of our work modernizing the career and technical education system to better fit the needs of today’s students. Wisconsin’s Sixth District has more manufacturing jobs than any other, so it is critically important that we provide the next generation of skilled workers with the tools they need for the good, high-paying skilled jobs of tomorrow.” Said Grothman. “I have a good relationship with incoming chairman Bobby Scott (D-VA), and hope that my Democratic colleagues will follow our lead, reach across the aisle and continue to build upon our foundation of success.” -30- U.S. Rep.
