Constituent Services
As a your Representative, one of the most important things I do is help the people of Wisconsin's Sixth District with federal problems. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions or just cut through the bureaucratic red tape.

Below you will find a list of agencies that I am happy to help you with. You will also find a breakdown of the number and types of agency cases that my office has taken care of thus far in 2019.

If you are seeking help with an agency, I need a completed privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act. Please download this printable version of the privacy authorization form and then fax or mail to the address listed under the agency from which you are seeking assistance.

Which agency do you need help with?

In the News
In case you missed them, here are a few news articles I was featured in recently.

I joined Vice President Mike Pence, Zachary Mottl, chief alignment officer for Atlas Tools & Die Works, Dave Daniels, Wisconsin Farm Bureau board member and America First Policies Director Curtis Ellis for a discussion about the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) and its benefits to Wisconsin's agriculture and manufacturing industries at a forum in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Congressman Grothman on the USMCA Panel

"It’s obviously frustrating for people living paycheck to paycheck to know that the person ahead of them in line using FoodShare may have $200,000 in the bank," Grothman told PolitiFact Wisconsin.
-Wisconsin lawmaker's claim that millionaires are eligible for food stamps is in the bag (Politifact WI)

Recently, at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, President Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe finalized and signed a partial trade deal agreeing on a number of provisions to benefit American farmers, manufacturers and businesses. The deal not only strengthens our relationship with Japan, but it substantially expands access to Japanese markets, signifying a win for both countries. In addition to the trade deal with Japan, the Trump Administration and China were able to come to an agreement on significant Chinese purchases of U.S. pork and soybeans. While there is still a ways to go in negotiations with China, this is an important step in the right direction. -Grothman thinks trade deals will help farmers (WHBY). I touched on these issues in an interview with Fresh Take's Josh Dukelow, you can listen here
